The Birth of Bahá&#8217;u&#8217;lláh is one of nine holy days in the Bahá&#8217;í calendar that is celebrated by Bahá&#8217;ís and during which work is suspended.<br /><br /></h3> <h3>Since days in the Bahá&#8217;í calendar start at sunset, the holy day starts on the evening of November 11 and proceeds until sunset on November 12.<br /><br /></h3> <h3>The Bahá&#8217;í Faith is a monotheistic religion founded by Bahá&#8217;u&#8217;lláh in nineteenth-century Persia, emphasizing the spiritual unity of all humankind.
